Welcome to our website about our plans for new homes on sites adjacent to The Queens Hotel in Southsea.

The owners of The Queens Hotel are proposing new housing on the former Casino site on Osborne Road, and on the land between the hotel and Home Heights.

On the 25th September we held a consultation event for the local community to ask questions and give feedback on our plans.
